Dancing is as easy as walking once you are taught how by an Arthur Murray® expert. Hundreds-of-thousands have been successfully trained in Arthur Murray® Dance Studios. There is no age limit. Our oldest students are over 70 The youngest are usually in their teens. The great majority are in their 20's, 30's, 40's and 50's.
The length of the course depends on how many dances you would like to learn and how proficient you would like to become in each dance. However, you will be able to dance after your first lesson.
We teach four simple basic movements, from which the new combinations are derived.
The Arthur Murray® foundation dance programs are based on a unit of dance instruction, which includes one 40 minute private dance lesson, one 40 minute group dance lesson, and one practice dance session, at the cost per dance unit of $139. The number of dance units in a foundation dance program will be based on your dance instructor's recommendation, but routinely between 4 to 12 units of dance instruction to complete the foundation dance program.

There are several convenient methods of payment available. If you prefer, you can budget the dance fee in installments. To suit your needs.
You can learn the very latest dance steps in any or all social dances - Swing, Nite Club, Country Western, Mambo, Cha-Cha, Waltz, Tango, Rumba, etc.
After getting a good foundation, you will be able to analyze the new steps and pick them up yourself without difficulty. However, many students return because they enjoy their lessons, the friends and confidence they've acquired.
Take your dance lessons any time you wish. Our studios are open from noon until 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday by appointment.
All of our dance instructors are competent. The dance teachers selected for you are ones who best suit your personality. To qualify as Arthur Murray® teachers, they must complete a most arduous dance training regimen.
Dancing is our first line of social activity. Good dancing is a lifetime investment in fun, poise, confidence, improved personality and new friends.
